The Nerve Injury Clinic provides yoga as part of a patient’s rehabilitation. Claire Pickin is a highly experienced yoga instructor, who sees patients for one to one yoga sessions. Yoga with Claire can be adapted for all our patients, whatever their ability level or physical problems. The neurological physiotherapist treating the patient liaises closely with Claire over their difficulties and aims of practicing yoga.

Due to the nature of nerve pain, treament is a slow progress but with time I have felt a dramatic improvement in my nerve pain around my left ankle.
